- Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Sandpoint, Idaho, Coldwater Creek is a leading specialty retailer of women's apparel, gifts, jewelry and accessories. The company sells its merchandise through premium retail stores across the country, online at coldwatercreek.com and through its catalogs.
- Coldwater Creek was founded in 1984 with one catalog that included 18 items. The company currently offers about 3,000 items.
- Company headquarters is located on a 20-acre campus in Sandpoint, Idaho, with a customer service and tech center in nearby Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and a state-of-the-art distribution and customer service center located in Parkersburg, W.V.

Our Catalogs
- Northcountry was introduced in 1985, and remains the company's core catalog, featuring women's apparel, jewelry, accessories and gift items. Spirit was introduced in the fall of 1993, and features a versatile line of women's apparel, wardrobe essentials, contemporary mix-and-match separates, jewelry and accessories. Coldwater Creek was introduced in 2005, and offers a selection of the merchandise that is currently showcased in our retail stores.

- Customer service associates are enrolled in a two-week customer service, computer, and product-training program.
- Customer service and shipping department error rates average among the lowest in the catalog industry.
- Abandoned call rates average less than one percent.
