Founded in 1984, and headquartered in Sandpoint, Idaho, Coldwater Creek is a triple-channel retailer of women's apparel, gifts, jewelry, and accessories. The company sells its merchandise through a growing number of retail stores across the country, our e-commerce website at www.coldwatercreek.com, and our own direct-mail catalogs, Northcountry, Spirit and Coldwater Creek.

In addition to its 20-acre corporate campus in Sandpoint, Coldwater Creek operates a 60,000-square-foot customer contact and technical center in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, and an East Coast distribution and customer contact center of more than 950,000-square-feet in Parkersburg, West Virginia, including the expansion that was completed in September, 2006.

Coldwater Creek began trading on the Nasdaq on Jan. 29, 1997, under the ticker symbol: CWTR.
