Create an Account
To create an account, go to My Account. In Create an Account, fill in your e-mail address, enter a password and click continue.
To check your order status, go to My Account, log in and click Order Status.
- Check the status of current orders
- View your order number
- View the date your order was placed
- See the number of items in your order
- See when your order was shipped
- Status of Returns
Personal Information
To update your personal information, go to My Account, log in and click Personal Information.
- View and edit billing and shipping addresses
- View and edit credit card information
Update E-mail & Password
To update your e-mail address and/or password, go to My Account, log in and click E-mail & Password Information.
- View and edit your e-mail address
- Change which e-mail updates you receive from us
- Change your password
- HTML or text e-mail preferences
My Address Book
To add or edit shipping information, go to My Account, log in and click My Address Book.
- Edit or delete shipping names and addresses
- Add new shipping names and addresses
Forgotten Password
To have your password e-mailed to you, go to My Account, fill in your
e-mail address and click the forgotten password link. Your password will be sent to you immediately.
